The well-being of our customers is of utmost importance and their dreams are not can stop being realized, because the dream belongs to our customers, making reality a job of our team, with all the security required.

Specific Contingency Plan for COVID19:

• Sensitizing our consultants to comply with the rules, the correct washing of
respiratory label, as well as other personal and environmental hygiene measures;
• Provision of alcohol-based solution dispenser in visits and in Dispensers
automatic in our office;
• Reinforcement of cleaning and disinfection protocols in our physical space before and after meeting
with client / partners;
• Prior scheduling of visits / meetings;
• All of our consultants are on a part-time schedule and working at our
mask / visor in order to protect them and fundamentally you client / partner;

Important information in case of Visit / Meeting:

• Customers in visits / meetings should not be accompanied by elements outside their
household (respecting the current limit of people);
• Respect the distance between people of at least 2 meters (except cohabitants);
• Use of a mask inside our office, always using it properly
according to the recommendations of the DGS;
• Measurement of Body Temperature (we ask for understanding, your well-being is important);
• Hand wash with alcohol-based solution or soap and water at the entrance and exit of the
our office;
• Avoid touching unnecessary surfaces and objects;
• If you show signs or symptoms of COVID-19 you should postpone the visit / meeting;
